What is good advice? For me it's the kind that I wouldn't know what to do without. The recommendation that I received from a friend to take the HypnoBirthing childbirth education class and doula turned out to be essential. From someone who didn't understand why I even needed a childbirth education class when I could just read the notes on the course's powerpoint, I found myself waiting in anticipation each week. The course was full of in depth material, professional knowledge, portrayed different points of view without judgement, and was extremely detailed; such that even the more cynical members of the group found it useful and very relevant. The real added benefit of the course was the emotional process that we went through together. Pregnancy and birth changed in our minds from a medical process that one needs to manage to growing excitement and anticipation for the little ones that would soon join our families. Our educator's wonderful personality was a big part of the experience. I found myself letting go of all of my fears, my thoughts and calculations, and releasing to allow myself to experience the joy that was on its way. Taking this class is the type of decision that you don't need to think deeply about. Enough women have already tested it for you. :) do yourself a favor and just sign up.

In Pashut Laledet's course I received the tools to support and help my wife with the knowledge of how best to act in all different situations throughout pregnancy and especially on the birthing day. At first I didn't understand the importance of my part in the birth process and it was as a result of the course that I became confident and understood the importance of the whole wonderful process. And today as a joyful father I understand that my baby arrived into the world happy, calm, and healthy greatly as a result of the course giving me more awareness and exposing me to all of the stages of pregnancy with an emphasis on making thought out decisions and giving proper and meaningful support to the birthing mom when needed, which helped create a healthy and joyful birth experience. The course is both in depth and to the point, and teaches many tools such as movement and meditation. I really connected with our teacher who had a lot of knowledge about pregnancy and life in general. In addition, the course was full of professional knowledge about pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding, all taught in a calm, interesting, and homey atmosphere. The teacher was a wonderful and pleasant woman who passed on the knowledge in a clear and organized manner with teaching tools for deep understanding and was always happy to give more of herself, way beyond the course hours. I highly recommend this course to everyone, and especially to those who want to take part and be active in their pregnancy and birth experience.

Yesterday our little prince was born in an active and natural birth. Surges began at 3 in the morning, I calmly woke up Limor with the understanding that something was happening. We played the audio tract with the positive affirmations on a loop stayed in bed, with gentle light, and a lot of oxytocin surrounding us. I connected with the tens machine that really helped me deal with the surges and Limor began timing them. We stayed at home for 6 hours of contractions, in the shower, on the physio ball, and when we felt like the surges had become twice as painful and strange sounds starting popping out of me we decided to leave for Ichilov. We arrived with an opening of 6 centimeters and were immediately taken up to the delivery room. We had requested the natural birthing center but there wasn't enough staff to open it but I was ok with that because I had already prepared myself that I could have a natural birth in any room. We had an amazing midwife who respected our wishes and supported us with everything. We didn't feel any pressure from the system, actually the opposite... We brought the atmosphere from home into the birthing room (lighting, good smells, music), I received a cordless monitor without even having to ask and was barely on the bed at all throughout the birth. I had a lot of showers, did movement, and acupuncture from someone on staff that appeared without me even asking. We arrived at 9:00 and our little prince was already born at 12:30. Thank you so much for the tools that you gave us. It was through your course that I learned that my body knows how to birth by itself. Trust yourselves.

This is our first pregnancy and we were searching for an island of sanity in the overload of info that's available surrounding birth and pregnancy. My husband and I began the childbirth education course feeling confused, frightened, and with our heads full of negative birth stories that we heard from those around us. I have to say that the course was absolutely perfect! It combines a lot of knowledge with holistic aspects and even practical tips for the long awaited moment. Our teacher was amazing!!!! It's clear that she's full of passion and love for her profession and she gives 100% of herself during the course. (I must confess that we fell in love with her 😍) The course really went above and beyond all of my expectations and the most important thing to me was that my husband became an active partner in the process. At the beginning of my pregnancy I found it really difficult to confide in him and to make him part of my journey, I felt alone and he felt a bit helpless. The course helped us bridge the gap and created a strong emotional connection to the process, which in itself made it worthwhile.

I took Pashut Laledet's course last August, my first birth was a cesarean and for this birth I knew I needed to come prepared. My friend who did the course and had a wonderful water birth recommended it to me. I signed up and began pretty early on in my pregnancy, week 15, because I knew that the earlier I began the course and the practice I'd be more prepared. The course gave me excellent preparation, especially emotional! I began listening to audio tracts, working on breaths, and believing that my body was capable. The wonderful teachers deeply supported me throughout. I was able to have an amazing Vbac, after many hours of surges which I managed to get through with the help of the different breaths and other tools from the class. Without a doubt I recommend Pashut Laledet's HypnoBirthing Course, I received so much information, tools, and the understanding that my body is capable.

I came away from the HypnoBirthing course feeling excited for my birthing day and full of the knowledge that my body and my baby know how to birth. Before the course my husband knew almost nothing about pregnancy and birth and thanks to the course he became an active partner who was just as passionate as I was. Together we decided to have a home birth. On the birthing day itself I don't actually remember using specific exercises from the classes, even though I had practiced almost every day of my pregnancy. I do remember just feeling really calm, sleeping between the surges, dancing, singing, and trusting in the process. I know I would not have been as calm if I hadn't gone through the whole process of the course including working together with my husband on the fears that we had regarding the birth and parenting. Because the course helped us process our fears on the day of the birth I could clear my mind and be in the moment. The teacher supported us all throughout the journey, even offering bonus sessions to come and practice the tools together with her. I highly recommend Pashut Laledet's course to anyone, know matter what kind of birth you wish to have!
